During the month, we will present you features that are undeniable assets of ShareFile. As a reminder, ShareFile is a solution for sharing and storing documents based on Citrix technology. A real alternative to Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive, the solution can be hosted either in the KissLabs datacenter in Switzerland or directly on your premises integrating perfectly with existing infrastructures.

The “Request” function allows you to request a file quickly and securely either by inserting a ShareFile link in an email or from your clipboard. You can customize many security settings before sending and asking for files from internal and external users.

Requesting a file via ShareFile allows you to send your file via the ShareFile email platform. With this method, the recipient receives an email containing a secure link to download the file.

This feature addresses the following issues:

  • “We asked our customers to send us confidential documents online, which can be problematic in case of loss or misuse. We found with ShareFile a solution that perfectly meets our expectations by offering the return of documents on a secure platform via a link sent to our customers “
  • “We had fewer and fewer returns following the sending of our satisfaction surveys by paper. We decided to take the digital way by using ShareFile to maximize returns. “
  • “We position ourselves as a true project coordinator. This is why it is necessary to have a secure platform establishing a gateway between the sending and receiving of documents from our partners and ShareFile has responded to our needs”
